Q1: How do I make an order?
Click into your desired item, and then input type, colour, size, and quantity. Each item has a 30 minutes reservation period, do complete your order as soon as possible. When you are ready, click into your shopping bag page (top right corner), then make payment.
Q2: How do I make payment?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Online Bank Transfer.
Q3: Can I amend or cancel my order after confirming it?
Z-Store reserves the right of final decision in case of amendment and cancellation.
Q4: How do I check on an order I have placed?
You may contact our Customer Care representatives at 011-1111 0018 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org For fastest service, please provide your order number when making inquiries.
Q5: Do you accept international orders?
We do accept orders from Singapore, you may contact us if you have any inquiry. However, we're sorry that currently unable to accept orders to be billed or shipped to destinations outside the Malaysia and Singapore. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Q7: I’ve received a defective item. What should I do?
Sorry for sending you a defective item! Please whatsapp us with your order number and a photograph of the defect. Postage will be reimbursed for all items deemed defective. All items mailed back must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. If the replacement piece is no longer in-stock, store credit or refund will be issued. *Minor variations in measurement (within 0.8 inches) is not considered a defect. Colours may appear slightly different in reality due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screens calibration. We do however strive to ensure that screen colours are true to life, as much as possible.
Q1: When will I receive my order?
For order placed before 1:00PM, please allow two (2) to four (4) working days for West Malaysia and three (3) to eight (8) working days for East. It may vary depending on circumstances like distance, local holidays, and any other external factors outside of Z-Store and courier’s control. Orders are not shipped nor delivered on weekends and local public holidays.
Further shipment delays might be experienced due to the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO). If delivery to some locations is not possible, we may contact you to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.
Q2: I haven't received my order yet. What can I do?
Within 1-2 working days after placing a successfully placed your order, you’ll receive a tracking number in Z-Store account. If you have not received your Tracking Number, please contact us and we will look into this for you immediately.
If you haven’t received your order and you have a tracking number, we urge you to contact your local courier service in the first instance. They will have more accurate information regarding the status of the delivery.
Q3: How much is delivery fee?
For West Malaysia, delivery charges RM6 and FREE delivery with purchase over RM100. While for East Malaysia, delivery charges RM13 and FREE delivery with purchase over RM200.

Q1: Do I need an account to make purchases?
Yes, you need to register for an account to start your first purchase with us. This facilitates subsequent purchases, and helps you track order status. If you haven’t created an account, create now.
Q2: Update your Profile
Upon registered, you are able to check your purchase history and manage your account accordingly. You can change your account information at any time.
Q3: I forgot my password, how do I log in?
If you have forgotten your password, please click on "Forgot Your Password?". You will be asked for your login email address and a new password will be emailed to you shortly.
Settings & Security
Q1: Will my emails or inquiries always be answered?
We will try our best to respond to your inquiries on the day that we receive them within 2 days. However, responses may be delayed on Friday afternoons, Saturday, Sunday or when we receive a lot of inquiries.
Q2: I cannot access the website due to a temporary error that appears on the screen.
It may be a temporary problem. Try it again after a while. If the problem continues, please contact us.
Q3: Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes. When you submit any personal information (name, address and credit card) during Checkout, the data is encrypted and sent over a secure connection to our Web site server.
