EXCHANGE POLICY

1. For exchange, please email our Customer Service by phone at 011-1111 0018 or email care.zstore@gmail.com with your order number and information on the affected item within 3 days of receiving the goods.

2. Exchange of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:

    -  If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or

    -  If the products is near expiry or expired; or

    -  If the product is different from the Order delivered. Products for exchange shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase.

 

3. Exchange of Products can only be for the following:

    -  Products has to be exchange with the same product.

    -  Products has to be of the same brand.

    -  Products has to be of the same quantity & volume size.

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1.  This Return and Refund policy is only be applicable for Z-Store Online store only.

 

2.  Should there be any discrepancy of products delivered and Customer wishes for return and refund, Customer need to notify Customer Service by email care.zstore@gmail.com to report on the products upon 3 days of receiving the goods.

 

3.  Please allow up to 7 working days for your inquiry to be processed.

 

4.  Return/Refund of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:

Exchange or return process

1.   Pack the item and your completed returns note in its original packing material.

2.   Send your parcel using a delivery method that allows tracking.

3.   Return parcels are to reach us within 7 working days from dispatch date for local orders.

 

Kindly note that all return parcels are dealt via mailing only. If you return an item that does not meet the requirements for returns set out above, we reserve the right to reject the return and any request for a refund. Note that return delivery fee and second delivery charge will be borne by customers.

 

If we accept your return, we will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible and generally within 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Product. All refund will be performed in Store Credit only.
